A stone crusher can easily be found
at any construction site where it is used in grinding of stones and other
minerals. If one happens to visit a complete construction site he would definitely
run into a unique heavy machine which would be seen feeding on stones and
giving out sand or highly grind stones from its conveyor belt.
From many parts some of which are
complex where other happen to be large and major in operation the conveyor belt
is an essential one. Where the feeding of the stone is done through the main
tube is mainly done by labor the output is given away by conveyor belt. A
typical crusher may have a single belt but advance and more advance crushers
come with multiple belts which are in storey structure.
This helps in bringing
out heavy amount of grinned mineral at one time and increases the efficiency of
the machine by decreasing its run time. The labor use is also minimized as no
or only one operator is required at the out end.
